Case Study: A  highly regarded financial planning company was struggling with growing pains and called on the Village
Circle Company for help in managing the changes they were experiencing. The VCC team developed a highly impactful,
two day offsite session designed to reengineer the company’s organizational and process structure.  The session
included:

  • Clear communication of vision from leadership
  • Instruction on how effective organizations align strategy, performance measurement, and organizational design
  • Exercises created to solicit input from all personnel, and create buy-in to the results
  • An opportunity for participants to capture the key points of their offsite in a one-of-a-kind, original song

The results: In the months since the offsite, there have been three follow-up sessions to further develop the outcomes
of the offsite session.  The leadership and personnel of the company remain energized and motivated to implement the
business-changing concepts THEY developed during their time with the VCC team.  Those changes have led to more
